Solicitation Description: Request for Qualifications for Programming and Design Services for new STEM Building:New STEM building for UNT Dallas. Complete STEM program and full design services for the UNT Dallas STEM building approximately 115,000 GSF. This building will feature flexible teaching and collaborative research laboratories, active learning classrooms, administrative space, and informal gathering spaces. The project may also include necessary renovations to existing facilities impacted by the construction of this new building such as, but not limited to, accommodating for backfill or modifications to other research spaces to support anticipated activities in the new facility.
