DDG-51 Class Machinery Control System (MCS) Breakout Box Test Equipment

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to procure customized breakout boxes, cables and adaptors to perform troubleshooting measurements and evaluations on VME (Versa Module Europe) Circuit Card Assemblies on the DDG-51 class Machinery Control Systems on a Sole Source basis from Silver Engineering, Inc. (SEI).
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
