NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACTThe Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to procure customized breakout boxes, cables and adaptors to perform troubleshooting measurements and evaluations on VME (Versa Module Europe) Circuit Card Assemblies on the DDG-51 class Machinery Control Systems on a Sole Source basis from Silver Engineering, Inc.
