Scope of Services
SBCTA is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms or individual attorneys (“firm”) to provide SBCTA with legal counsel services on an as-needed basis (“Legal Services”), in the practice areas listed below. Firms may respond to this RFQ with one or more areas of expertise.
• Bankruptcy
• Eminent Domain/Inverse Condemnation
• Environmental Law
• General Public Agency Law
• Public Contracting/Construction
• Public Employment Law
• Public Finance/Financial Transactions
• Railroads
• Real Estate
Contracts will be awarded on an as-needed basis. This solicitation pre-qualifies a bench of law firms to which contracts may be awarded when there is a need for legal services.
