The Expeditionary Contracting Command - Afghanistan (ECC-A), Regional Contracting Center - Afghanistan (RCC-A), on behalf of Combined Security Transition Command - Afghanistan, will be posting a solicitation under full and open competition for the requirement of Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) Product Support to Ministry of Interior (MOI) on or about the 01 May 2017. The objective of this procurement is to provide POL support to MOI training sites, operating sites, operational forces, and national-level management and leadership activities.
The requirement is for specified POL products (diesel, MOGAS and propane) to MOI for one (1) year. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commodities purchase, utilizing North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 486910, Pipeline transportation
of refined petroleum products. The estimated program ceiling for this requirement is $131,871,324.36 (USD). The requirement is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 25.4.
