Security and Justice Sector Reform Project

J&A based on AIDAR 706.302(c)(4) to increase the Contract Total Estimated Cost by $4,000,000 and extend it for an additional 12-month period.  This extension includes activities to support civil society for oversight of the nomination process for Supreme Court and Appellate Court magistrates, support the Public Ministry in to strengthen a specialized unit that will work on the investigation and prosecution of human smuggling and dismantling coyote networks, support Public Ministry's efforts to establish inter-institutional agreements for access to information for criminal investigations and continue project efforts to support key models that contribute to the fight against corruption and
