The Estancia HS Student Gathering project includes improvements to the site’s exterior pool area, including a new sunshade structure, new hardscape, landscape, electrical infrastructure, and irrigation. The Estancia HS Paving Project is an required to furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price, as well as a Faithful Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price. Said Bonds shall be from an admitted California Surety satisfactory to the DISTRICT and listed in the Federal Register, issued by the Department of Treasury and licensed in California. Said Bonds shall remain in full force and effect through all guarantee and/or warranty periods stated in the Project Documents.
