The City is seeking qualified consultants to complete a State of Repair Assessment (SRA) on the building, processing lines, rolling stock and related equipment at the Material Recycling Facility (MRF) located at 196 Lappans Lane, Kingston, Ontario. A valuation of the building, processing lines, rolling stock and related equipment, based on estimated selling price in the normal course of business, will also be completed by the consultant.
