Newton Public Library – Roofing Upgrades

The scope of the project includes a full roofing replacement at the Newton Public Library building in Newton, Iowa. Tear off and replacement of approximately 22,500 SF of existing standing-seam metal & membrane roofing systems. New roofing systems will include Architectural standing-seam metal & membrane roofing systems. Removal and replacement will also include all associative metal copings, flashings, edgings, fascias, boots, soffits, cover board & rigid roof insulation, underlayments, and other accessories from the existing Newton Public Library building with new materials.
