Anticipated NTP is expected to be September 2019, with a 20 month construction schedule. Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Suppression, and Electrical scopes have previously been awarded. This effort is to update the project budget and identify interested bidders. Davis Bacon Commercial Prevailing wages apply.
