Sealed bids from certified Small Business Concerns only will be accepted for the NP SER PMS FY20(4), Solicitation Number 693C73-21-B-000011, located in Fentress, Morgan and Scott Counties, Tennessee and McCreary County, Kentucky.  The project consists of pavement preservation treatment (asphalt overlay and micro surfacing), asphalt patching, crack cleaning and sealing, pavement markings and other miscellaneous work on identified paved roads and parking areas.  The project will be split into multiple work schedules/contract options, with the cost of the entire project expected to fall within the price range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.Bid documents should be issued on or about March 31, 2021.  Bid due date and location will be specified on the SF 1442, Block 13a of the Solicitation.Use Internet address www.beta.sam.gov (click on Search Contract Opportunities, then type “693C73” in the Keywords Search and all
