The Architect/Engineer shall provide design services necessary to furnish: Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents with bid alternatives, Technical Specifications, Construction Period Services, Site Visits, Cost Estimates, As-Built Documentation, and all other related information, include in the correcting of all code violations to the VHA Directive 1028, Facility Electrical Power Systems, February 24, 2020 in buildings at Main Campus, Fort McPherson, and Trinka-Davis Veterans Village. Work includes but is not limited to demolition, general construction, utility systems, electrical, alterations, necessary removal of existing structures, construction, and certain other items as indicated on the contract
