Main Street, Corona, CA 92882. A full project description can be found in Section IV, Project Description of the attached RFP document. Other Details All prospective developers shall access the Documents & Attachments Tab to review and download all RFP documents posted on the PlanetBids website for the Project. The solicitation documents include, but are not limited to, the RFP and required City forms. Developers shall complete the required forms in their entirety and submit electronically with their proposal through the PlanetBids system. Developers will not be able to submit their proposals without uploading each of the required documents through the PlanetBids system. Developers shall upload each required RFP form individually. Please allow sufficient time to fully complete and upload each and every document prior to the proposal submission deadline.
