Notice of Intent for Leasing and Property Management Software, Maintenance, Support and Professional Services

The City entered into an agreement with Yardi Canada Ltd. (“Yardi”) to provide lease and property management application software following a Notice of Intent (19-012) issued to the public on March 19, 2019. The City has continued utilizing Yardi for its licensed software suite which includes various modules, product support, professional services and cloud services. The City intends to maintain the relationship with Yardi for its lease and property management activities, professional services, and cloud services provider. The lease and property management software, includes the following modules: a) Voyager SaaS Select Property Management b) Facility Manager Elevate c) ETL Interface Connect (Peoplesoft and e-payment integrations) d) Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting e) Recovery Cloud services includes: a) Access to the database b) Technical support c) Maintenance and service of hardware and software.
