Solicitation Description: The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit Respondents to enter into contracts with DFPS to provide Licensed Off-Duty Peace Officers (Officers) as needed and upon notification by DFPS to assist its staff who are supervising or transporting children and youth in DFPS conservatorship.
