Description:
The
Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (Midpen) issues this Request
for Proposals and Qualifications (RFPQ) for professional on-call
consulting services to provide comprehensive graphic design services,
including creative design, consultation on best practices, image
processing, production and print supervision. 
 


The following schedule is tentative
and subject to change. Midpen will publish schedule changes to Periscope.
 

 
- Friday, April 29, 2022: RFPQ released
on Periscope
- Wednesday, May 11, 2022: Deadline for
questions by 5:00 p.m., PDT 
- Monday, May 16, 2022:
Midpen posts responses to questions

on Periscope

Friday, May 20, 2022: Deadline to receive proposals by 5:00
p.m.
- Wednesday, June 1, 2022 Potential interviews with
select applicants 
- Wednesday, June 8, 2022 Midpen
selects consultants and initiates agreement routing and execution
process 
- August 1, 2022 Anticipated effective date
of agreements   

Each respondent must submit an electronic proposal via
email to Midpen by
5:00 PM, Friday, May 20, 2022.
All proposals shall become the sole property of Midpen. Please
submit proposals to Doungchai Burriss at
dburriss@openspace.org.
 

 

Midpen reserves the right to reject any or all proposals
received and to request additional information or clarification as
necessary. Following review of the proposals submitted, selected
teams may be notified of the opportunity to participate in a phone
interview with Midpen, if needed. 

 

Midpen has partnered with Periscope to post, distribute, and
receive electronic responses to Midpen’s solicitations. All
solicitation documents will be available electronically, in addition
to updated questions and answers, addenda and final results during
the procurement process. All documents and information related to
this solicitation are available on the Periscope website or via
www.openspace.org/bids. You
must complete the registration process in Periscope in order to view
or participate in solicitation opportunities with Midpen. Once
registered, bidders can view and download information regarding this
procurement, including the solicitation and contract documents, as
well as submit questions related to the solicitation and contract
documents, and request notifications. In the event a vendor obtains
information about this solicitation through any means other than
Periscope, Midpen will not be responsible for the completeness,
accuracy, or timeliness of the final solicitation.
