Bank Loan or Revolving Line of Credit for Capital Improvements to Highland Springs Clubhouse

CITY OF ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR A BANK LOAN OR REVOLVING LINE OF CREDIT APRIL 30, 2021 INTRODUCTION The City of Rock Island (the “City) is currently seeking proposals from banks for either a bank loan or revolving line of credit on both a taxable and tax-exempt basis. The City anticipates using the credit facility to finance capital improvements within its Parks Department. The City expects to repay the credit facility with annual payments and fundraising receipts received by the City for Park improvements. The City reserves the right to modify or terminate this solicitation at any stage if the City determines this action to be in its best interest. The receipt of responses or other documents at any stage of the RFP will in no way obligate the City to enter into any contract of any kind with any party.
