Scope of Work The City of Tampa is in the process of awarding a revolving loan fund to expand the supply of affordable housing and is soliciting quotes from Financial Institutions to provide Construction Loan Financing Services on behalf of the City of Tampa. This specification describes Revolving Loan Fund Services for use by the Housing and Community Development Division (HCD) of the City of Tampa. Servicer will be well versed in managing residential construction financing for single family homes.
HCD expects the Servicer to exercise independent judgment and to perform the requested services in a manner consistent with that expected of an institution licensed and insured. HCD has limited professional staff capacity to support the project and will rely on the Servicer to ensure that services are completed in a timely manner.
