This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using the procedures in FAR Subpart 13.5, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is HSCG23-17-Q-PFM003 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005_95 effective 01/13/2017. This Solicitation is a total small business set-side in the associated NAICS code of 336611 with a small business size

standard of 1,250 employees. A list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure, including options, can be found in Attachment II Pricing Schedule. A Description of the requirements can be found in the attachment I (WPB 1342 and 1346) Specification which include the Statement of Work (SOW) and associated Specification for both vessels. All clauses applicable to this solicitation and the resultant contract can be found in Attachment III Clauses. All provisions applicable to this solicitation can be found in Attachment IV Solicitation Provisions.

The purpose of Amendment A00001 to solicitation HSCG23-17-Q-PMF003 is to incorporate the following into this solicitation:
1. Attachment IV Solicitation Provisions is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment IV Solicitation Provisions_A00001. In this revised document the deadline for submission of questions has been extended to Monday June 12, 2017 at 1430 hours EST.
2. Attachment I 1342 and 1346 Specification is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment I 1342 and 1346 Specification_A00001. This revised document incorporates changes based on the questions and answers.
3. Attachment II Pricing Schedule is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment II Pricing Schedule_A00001.
4. Questions and Answers are provided as attachments to the FedBizzOpps posting for this solicitation amendment.
