NOTICE TO BIDDERS Illig Construction Company is the General Contractor for the Crossroads School for the Arts & Sciences - Performing Arts Center - Abatement & Demolition project and would like to invite you to bid as a Subcontractor. Project Scope: Demolition of existing building and parking lot.Schedule: Construction is scheduled to commence in March 2023 General Requirements: This project is private, not prevailing wage. There is NO PSA/PLA for this project. There is NO OCIP for this project. Payment and Performance bonds will be required for subcontracts over $500k or at Illig’s discretion. Requests for Information (RFIs):The Deadline to submit questions to ICC is January 27, 2023.
