Description: The City of Ferguson is seeking proposals from qualified demolition companies to perform demolition services for ten (10) residential properties. Interested companies should submit two (2) copies of sealed proposals no later than Monday, March 30, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. City Clerk City of Ferguson 110 Church Street Ferguson, MO 63135 Please mark your sealed package “Demolition Services”. Proposals will be opened and on Monday, March 30, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 110 Church St. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The City of Ferguson will be acquiring the properties for the purpose of removing a public health and safety hazard. Therefore, the City of Ferguson desires to procure a demolition company to remove all homes and accessory structures from the properties listed below: 511 Ruggles 607 Ruggles 425 Estelle 401 Mueller 17 N. actual timelines will be dictated by the acquisition process. March 30, 2020 Open Proposals April 14, 2020 Award Contract to Selected Company May/June 2020 Perform Demolitions as per the contract All responding firms must be ready to proceed with demolition immediately upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed by the City. Number of Demolitions/Services May Vary The City intends to have demolition services performed for each property noted herein. The City will pay for only the demolition work actually completed. It should be noted that the City may ultimately order fewer demolitions. Please place a bid for each property as per the attached bid document.
