Monitoring shall be consistent with the requirements set forth in the TWC Financial Manual for Grants and Contracts and Texas Administrative Code Chapter 802. Specifically, the RFP is soliciting entities who will monitor the following programs: Child Care, WIOA programs, TANF/Choices, SNAP and Trade Adjustment Act (TAA). The Respondent must be willing to monitor other applicable programs. If programs are added additional costs will be negotiated. The Board's case file system is completely paperless. Nearly all, if not all, monitoring could be accomplished remotely. WSNT serves the Texas Counties of Archer, Baylor, Clay, Cottle, Foard, Hardeman, Jack, Montague, Wichita, Wilbarger, and Young.
