2023-104 Mowing and Grounds Maintenance - Fairfield Public Schools

The Town of Fairfield (Town) on behalf of its Fairfield Public Schools (FPS) is seeking requests for qualifications from property management and landscaping contractors experienced in performing grounds maintenance services consisting of all items as specified and described herein and outlined in the attached matrix. Pricing shall be based on the estimated quantities listed on the Pricing Matrix. Billing shall be submitted and paid on a monthly basis. The quantities listed are estimates and are based on previous years of data. Pricing shall include any administrative and management fees. No additional payments will be authorized.
