IFB 8CA06060 Royston/Senapol 23 Timber Sale

The Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) agrees to sell to the Contractor and the Contractor agrees to purchase from the CAL FIRE, all the live timber designated for cutting by CAL FIRE on the Royston/Senapol 23 Timber Sale Area, and merchantable as hereinafter defined. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, travel, and fees to conduct the timber harvest operations, associated road work, and site preparation work at the rate and in strict conformity with the requirements and conditions hereinafter set forth for sawlogs and other merchantable material.
