The purpose of this contract is to replace our Noristu QSS-Green-II photo processing mini-lab, which was purchased in November, 2014. The mini-lab is used primarily for the printing of photos for the Criminal District Attorney’s Office. A replacement mini-lab is needed in order to continue providing photo processing services.
