Solicitation Description: The Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) is currently seeking ideas and information from vendors who provide Database Management Systems services with the intent to implement a Hazlewood Act Database and a Database Management System. All ideas and information that Respondents share with the TVC will be welcome. Proposed solutions should incorporate technology that addresses the stated objectives. However, the response need not be solely limited to the stated problem. Any across-the-board, comprehensive, integrated solution that addresses other Database Management Systems related issues are welcome.
