Description REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - Employee Occupational and Safety Health Records Application The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research to seek information on a total occupational health, safety, and productivity solution that can be configured to meet the agency’s Occupational Health Services (OHS) software needs to support this requirement for the Office of Mission Support (OMS), Office of Real Property Safety and Security (ORPSS), Safety Occupational Health and Sustainability Division (SOHSD). The goals of an agency-wide occupational health software platform are to assist the agency in ensuring regulatory compliance and in fulfilling the purpose and intent of the EPA Occupational Medical Surveillance Program (EPA Order 1460.1) and OSHA-required medical surveillance to protect employee health and safety. Further, it enables the agency occupational health programs to comply with federal
records management digitization requirements (88 FR 28417 – Subpart E) and streamline worker health operations (e.g., occupational health, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and employee health and wellness), resulting in a healthier and safer agency workforce. See draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Both large and small business firms may provide a response to this notice. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 513210 Software Publishers, with an applicable size standard of $47 million; however, the NAICS code may change for the solicitation. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotes or proposals.
