REV 6/27/2022 METROPOLITAN COUNCIL Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) for Hastings Wastewater Treatment Plant - Owner's Agent Services Contract Number 22P270 The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for the Hastings Wastewater Treatment Plant (Owners Agent Services) project. Services include supplemental planning, environmental site work preliminary engineering, permitting assistance, development of Request for Qualif ications (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs), proposal phase support, design-build support, and other technical services as assigned. The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows: RFP Issue Date August 2, 2022 Pre-Proposal Meeting August 9, 2022, at 2:00 PM CST Site Visit August 11, 2022 at 1:00 PM CST Questions Due August 15, 2022, at 2:00 PM CST Proposals Due September 22, 2022, at 5:00 PM CST Negotiations Start November 21, 2022 Award January 2023 For the purposes of this contract, the Council has established a 13% goal for Metropolitan
