The Department of Corrections (DOC) requests Bids for the purchase of Personal Care Items and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract(s). The DOC does not guarantee it will purchase any specific quantity, dollar amount, or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities be ordered will be rejected.
All items shall meet the necessary requirements to be allowed into secure facilities and orders may be placed by any DOC location across the State. Items in this bid include: toothbrushes, hair ties, sanitary napkins, tampons, shampoo, soap, deodorant, pens, kitchen jackets, towels, combs, nail clippers, and laundry bags. Along with these items, Bidders will be asked to provide a percent off all other items as it relates to personal care
