CROSS DOMAIN SOLLUTION (CDS) BI DIRECTIONAL INTEGRATION WITH TEMPUS PRO LISTNER (CORSIUM) MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY SERVICES

This requested requirement provides services to configure / modify the Tactical Cross Domain Solution (TACDS) that enables the ability to evaluate a Cross Domain Solution capability to transmit medical data from the Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) network to the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) network so the data can be uploaded into the electronic health record.  We are requesting engineering support and warranty coverage for current TACDS units for purposes of maintaining the existing units.  TACDS is currently being evaluated by TATRC / US military and the US Army Cyber Center for Excellence (Cyber CoE) - Fort Gordon.  Our units will be upgraded and additional filters installed for TATRC's current TACDS that allow the transmission Tempus Pro data from SIPR (Secure) to NIPR (Non Secure) tactical networks this capability is a field-proven telemedicine function (called i2i) which is designed for limited, focused, trauma assessments.  These additions will also leverage existing enhancements (Tempus Listener) and a planned replacement of i2i (called Corsium) which Remote Diagnostic Technologies (RDT), a division of Philips Corporation, is developing and proposes minor additional developments that would enable the US Army's existing Tempus Pros to be used with the forthcoming Corsium system over a TACDS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511611 and the proposed solicitation number is W81XWH-19-Q-0266.All questions and responses concerning this notice shall be emailed to Lauren Tipton at lauren.a.tipton.civ@mail.mil.  Interested concerns must identify their capability in writing to the above email address listed above no later than 1:00pm EST ay, 5 August
