CST, Thursday January 7th, 2021 to City of Webster Groves, Attn: Office of the City Manager, 4 E. Lockwood Ave, Webster Groves, MO 63119. The scope of work for the Webster Groves Fire House No. 2 Material Testing RFQ includes soil testing, concrete testing, and special inspections for the Webster Groves Fire House No. 2 Project. The construction activities under these projects includes but is not limited to, demolition of existing residence and fire house, a phase 1 construction of Bunk House, temp apparatus shelter, phase 2 demo and construction of the fire house and sitework. This firm shall use their experience on past similar and recent projects to determine and propose on their specific scope of work and services. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, or to advertise for new submittals if deemed necessary.
