Responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Please clearly identify any information your company considers sensitive or proprietary. Service: The Minneapolis VA Health Care System, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN has a need for two (2) FTE General Internal Medicine Physicians for the period of 09/01/2023 through 08/31/2024 with the possibility of extension. Contractors will be

physicians who are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice with active, current, full, and unrestricted license or registration in a State which authorizes the licensee to practice outside VA without any change being needed in the status of the license. Contractors must also possess a valid DEA number. Duty Location: VA Outpatient Clinic 320 South Access Road, Ste 100, Rice Lake, WI 54868 This is a new requirement, and services are not currently performed under any contract. The anticipated contract is firm fixed price LOCUM contract for One (1) year with a Four (4) six-month option periods to commence on September 1, 2023. All companies wishing to do business with the U.S. Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/. Please note that there is no charge to register in SAM. The capabilities will used to determine if the acquisition will be set-aside for the small businesses or if it will be an unrestricted procurement. Other than small businesses (i.e., large businesses) are requested to respond to this notice in the event the market does not indicate enough small business interest to support a set-aside.
