Colonial Place Pump Station #155 Service Area Phase 1 – Water and Sewer Improvements

The City of Norfolk, Department of Utilities is planning a water and sewer improvement project in your neighborhood. The work under this project will consist of the construction of a wastewater pump station at the corner of Lewellyn Ave and 38th Street, and the installation of approximately 1,600 feet of water and sewer mains on the 400 blocks of Maryland and Virginia Avenues, and the 4200 block of Mayflower Road.  A public hearing will be held on March 5, 2019 at Norfolk Public Library: Larchmont Branch located at 6525 Hampton Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23508, from 5:30PM to 6:30PM to discuss project alternatives considered, environmental impacts, and project costs.
