INTENT The Maricopa County Sheriff''s Office, (MCSO), intends to purchase a Tactical Communications System for its negotiator program, as described herein, and will award to vendor(s) who meet minimum qualifications.


BID SUBMISSION Vendor Bids must be submitted through BidSync only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids. (Please note: there is no Attachment B.)


MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time.


EVALUATION AND AWARD Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. 

Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.


COMMUNICATION All questions must be submitted through BidSync ONLY by the date and time listed in the bid.


SUPPLEMENTAL PRICING INFORMATION Please print, complete, sign, scan and attach to your offer the SUPPLEMENTAL PRICING INFORMATION form, page 11 of the  Bid_Sync_-OPS_Quick_Quote_Standard_T__Cs__11-29-2018 attached hereto.


Shipping and Insurance Please include any and all shipping and insurance cost to deliver to zipcode 85009 in your quote.


Delivery 
Equipment must be received by June 30, 2020.
