Sale of Aircraft Storage Hangar Building

The City of Hays is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the aircraft storage hangar building currently located on Lot A-10 at the Hays Regional Airport. The award of the bid for the purchase of the aircraft storage hangar building shall be contingent upon the City reaching an acceptable hangar construction agreement with the new tenant for Lot A-10. The hangar building and all erected building components must be removed no later than April 21, 2024.
