NOTE: THIS IS A ONE TIME DELIVERY OF 160 CASES (4 PALLETS) OF COPY PAPER TO THE PURCHASING DIVISION TO FULFILL AN IMMEDIATE NEED. SAMPLE MAY BE REQUESTED.
LOADING DOCK IS AVAILABLE

Special Notices
The City of Rialto will award this contract based on a combination of speciation’s and line item pricing to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the best interest of City of Rialto.
Please specify brand, complete specifications and available options with your proposal.
Deliveries accepted Monday through Thursday, closed on Friday.
The City’s standard payment terms are net 30 days after receipt of materials or satisfactory completion of services, and receipt of an approved invoice.
The current tax rater for the City of Rialto is 7.75%. Tax rate will be added when the abstract is created.
This is an online electronic bid only; paper copies will not be accepted. Interested bidders must view line items and submit bid prices electronically through Planet Bids.
