A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/site visit will be held Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at 10:00 am in the Boardroom at St. Louise Regional Hospital, 9400 No Name Uno, Gilroy, CA 95020. Attendance by the Bidder at the Pre-Bid Conference and site visit are Not Mandatory. The Work will consist of: Phase IA Construction CMU Above Ground Fuel Tank enclosure Rough drainage, fuel pipes and electrical runs stub-out/riser to enclosure Phase IB Individual trenching for fuel and electrical lines Re-paving/asphalt to road Construction of driveway, apron, curb and gutter Phase II Disconnect fuel and electrical lines and connect to new lines within 8 hours to avoid interruptions to facility Remove existing underground storage tank (UST) per CEQA guidelines Back fill, re-compact and re-pave at removed tank site Added on Oct 1, 2022:NOTICE TO BIDDERS: See attached Addendum 1 for information on the bid opening. .
