Child Development Division Information System Project

The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the Vermont Child Development Division (CDD) within the Agency of Human Services is soliciting competitive sealed, fixed price proposals (Proposals) for the design, development, and deployment of a new Case and financial management for our Child Care Financial Assistance Program system on an integrated Salesforce platform. If a suitable offer is made in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP), the State may enter into a contract (the Contract) to have the selected offer (the Contractor) perform all or part of the Work. This RFP provides details on what is required to submit a Proposal in response to this RFP, how Proposals will be evaluated, and what will be required of the Contractor in performing the Work.
