Alterations to Washington Middle School

Mehlville School District is requesting proposals for Alterations to Washington Middle School. Proposals are due on or before Thursday, May 30, 2024 by 2:00 PMat the Mehlville Maintenance facility located at 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63125, where bids will be publicly opened. A pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2024, - 2:00 PM at Washington Middle Schoolfor all prospective bidders. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference, but it is notmandatory. Site inspections before or after this date shall be arranged through Mike Gegg at (314-467-7870), minimum of 24 hours' notice in advance of the inspection. Contractors are responsible for field verifying all conditions, and dimensions. Contract documents will be available on April 30, 2024for a refundable deposit of $100.00.
