This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide printing and incidental installation of seventeen large-scale adhesive color graphics for the initial displays for the new Root Hall (Building 651) of the U.S. Army War College. Utilizing digital design files provided by the USAHEC, the contractor will produce seventeen large-scale adhesive color graphics of various sizes printed on Digiscape Stick-R Removable Wall Film and install them, per manufacturer's recommendation, and as directed by the USAHEC. Fourteen will be installed on various walls throughout the new Root Hall and three will be installed in the New Conceptual Gallery at the US Army Heritage and Education Center. The desired goal is to have the wall treatments printed and ready for installation by 1 April 2023. Installation will take place during the joint occupancy period from approximately 15 May to 31 July 2023. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Due to time constraints a site visit will not be conducted prior to award; however, a Post Award Conference will be held which will include a walkthrough of the site. This will provide an opportunity to visit the work site, confirm the measurements, and see the locations of some wall mounted thermostats, outlets, etc.Please see attached documents for full details of this
