Work is generally described to include, but is not limited to, engineering, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel bracing, permanent glass flood barrier storefront entrances, pedestrian flood doors and frames, finish hardware, automatic push button ADA entrances, power and communication to doors, gypsum board, cement plaster, flooring, exterior painting, interior painting, joint sealants and epoxy water proofing. Work also includes demolition.
