The as-needed hazardous waste disposal services will be primarily for hazardous waste that has been abandoned in the public right-of-way or on City-owned property. This includes accidental spills or discharges in the public-right-of way or on City-owned property which requires the Contractor’s 24-hour emergency response and disaster recovery for chemical, biological or other hazardous emergencies. Services may include cleanup and disposal of materials recovered/removed from the emergency response. Hazardous wastes typically found abandoned in the public right-of-way include: paint, aerosol paint, used motor oil, gasoline, car and commercial truck batteries, pool chemicals,
