Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, disposal costs, shoulder closures, vehicles, fuel, and crane as required to perform the following: thinning, pruning, skirting, and removal of trees/shrubs/vines; chipping, removal/grinding of stumps, adjacent to energized power lines and any associated non-energized lines; clean up debris and proper disposal of all debris generated by the tree trimming operations including palm trees and palm debris. By submitting its bid, Bidder certifies, under penalty of perjury, that its Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license is in a classification
appropriate to the work to be undertaken as identified in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Attachment 9. This requirement has also been added in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit E, Attachment 9. Refer to Section C, Price Quotation Requirements and Information, Section 9, Contractor¿s License, for submittal requirements. Bidder and any subcontractors shall be a certified small business, micro-business or DVBE registered with DGS. Contractor shall be properly licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and shall possess a C-61/D-49 Tree Service Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB). Contractor shall have a valid and current Arborist Certification from the International Society of Arboriculture. This will be verified by Caltrans Contract Manager prior to the start of work. Contractor shall have a valid and current certification and annual training as a Line-clearance tree trimmer as defined by OSHA regulations under 1910.269. This will be verified by Caltrans Contract Manager prior to the start of work.
