The sanitary sewer line begins at an existing manhole at the southern end of Butterfly Lane and extends to the east along the southern side of Butterfly Lane to the south end of Bluebird Lane. The new gravity sewer will increase capacity for the existing sewer basin. The proposed storm sewer line begins at an existing 48” RCP storm water system outfall located at the back of the lot near 514 Bluebird Lane and will extends south and then west into a proposed 342 LF open channel which will terminate near the south end of Butterfly Lane at an existing unnamed creek. The new storm sewer line and open channel will improve drainage conveyance through the residential neighborhood.
