Solicitation Description: The services and activities being sought by Workforce Solutions Alamo Board are for the management and operation of the WIOA Youth Program to provide staffing, labor, and materials for the provision of services to eligible youth throughout the Alamo region. Additionally, the urban area requires a different strategy than the rural area and subsequently WSA is seeking services on a best value basis available for both strategies. Workforce Solutions Alamo reserves the right to award multiple contracts either by strategy or by offeror as a result of this RFP.
