Timeframe for Delivery, Duration of Contract, and Extension Options The selected respondent will be requested to enter into a contract for the provision of the Deliverables on the terms and conditions set out in the Form of Agreement (Appendix A) (the “Agreement”). CEA FRANCOachat’s participating agencies intend to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity per awarded contract. The term of the contract is to be for an initial period of five (5) years. Upon completion, and mutual consent of both the Board and successful respondent(s), the contract may be renewed for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. If renewed, the price increase (if any) should not exceed the average annual increase in the Consumer Price Index for Ontario, as published by Statistics Canada over the 12 months immediately preceding the date of the renewal.
