Demolition services to housing units, facilities, and miscellaneous structures at various military installations on Naval Base Guam

This is a follow-on acquisition for services that are currently being satisfied under Contract N40192-18-D-9100 Demolition Services. This acquisition will be solicited as a competitive 8(a) Set-Aside procurement.This acquisition will result in the award of an Indefinite-Delivery (ID) Requirements contract for demolition services with Fixed Price pre-priced line items with a base period, plus four (4) option periods and a six (6) month extension.The NAICS code is 238910 – Site Preparation Contractors. The small business size standard associated with NAICS 238910 is $16,500,000.00. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in site preparation activities, such as excavating and grading, demolition of buildings and other structures, and septic system installation. Earthmoving and land clearing for all types of sites (e.g., building, non-building, mining) is included in this industry. Establishments primarily engaged in construction equipment rental with operator
