The Contractor must provide labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and all other items of expense necessary, including travel and per diem, for laundering, mending, repairing, and tailoring services for uniforms, shop towels and fender covers for the Department of Water Resources (DWR) West Sacramento Mobile Equipment Shops¿ Operations and Maintenance complex located at 1450 Riverbank Road, West Sacramento, California. The Contractor must have its facility located within 50 road-miles of the West Sacramento Mobile Equipment Shop.
The Contractor must have been providing professional Laundry Cleaning services on a full-time commercial basis as its principal business for at least the past two (2)
