Per GSAR 570.402 and 570.106 procedures. In support of the Philadelphia VA Medical Center (VAMC), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to conduct the acquisition of leased medical office space for the Administrative Annex 2nd Floor Succeeding Lease utilizing other than full and open competition procedures. The existing lease expired on 8/9/2020. The requirement is for up to 6000 net usable square feet (NUSF) of office space with adequate parking. The space shall be configured to house medical support services at a satellite location to the main Philadelphia VAMC campus. The delineated area for this Lease includes the areas within and abounding the below boundaries: North: Start at the corner of 43rd St. and Chestnut. Chestnut St. to 33rd St. East: 33rd St. to Civic Center Blvd. South: Civic Center Blvd. to University Ave. to Woodland to 43rd St. West: 43rd St. to Chestnut St. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, however, the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The Government factored in costs associated with moving, alterations, and other costs when deciding whether it would relocate. This is not a request for quotations, bids, or proposals. Any costs incurred by potential vendors reviewing or responding to this notice shall not be reimbursed by the Government. Furthermore, there is no guarantee a solicitation will be issued for this requirement. Responses are due Friday, September 17th, 2021 at 2:00pm eastern, and should include Vendor size status per Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 19 if applicable.
