Summary DetailsRespondents are invited to submit a Response for the opportunity to provide one or more Resources to operate as Procurement Support Consultants to provide expert procurement support for the Procurement Services Branch (PSB) of the Ministry of Citizens’ Services. The Services will be required on an as, if, and when requested basis.PSB employs approximately 20 procurement specialists and senior managers who consult with a wide range of clients on procurement issues as well as lead procurement processes on behalf of clients.Procurement Services Branch wishes to supplement this internal capacity through targeted use of external Resources. These Resources may be relied on to provide general procurement support work during peak volume periods or to provide specialized skills on procurement projects with unique needs.These services are project-based, and include, but are not limited to, competitive procurement processes such as Multi-Use List Request for Qualifications, Notice of Intent, Negotiated Request for Proposals, Non-Binding Request for Quote, Request for Information, Request for Proposals, & Single Use Request for Qualifications.Further details as to the scope of this opportunity and the requirements can be found within this RSA.
